Elder Glenda Satchell is a servant of God whose ultimate desire is to do the will of God. She has been a member of the Grace Community Church in Amityville, New York, for well over two decades, now serving under the leadership of Pastor Alexia Burgess-Huart. Elder Satchell wears many hats, serving in several capacities such as the Ministerial Staff, Praise & Worship Team, Bible Study instruction, and whatever her hands find to do. Her passion is working with the youth due to her love for children. She is a teacher, an encourager, motivator, and most of all, a woman after God’s own heart.
This anointed woman of God felt the call upon her life at an early age. One of her favorite scriptures is from Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Elder Glenda is a devoted intercessor that constantly seeks the face & heart of God. Her inner grace and compassion make her delivery of the Word powerfully effective and far reaching for the ‘End Times’ in which we live. As she faithfully serves alongside her husband, Elder William Satchell, she also exemplifies the true heart of a helpmate.
